WHAT YOU'LL GET

• The Country Retreat is an opportunity to connect and nurture your Spirit!
• The yoga at the retreat will be personalized for those who attend. If yoga is not your thing, Kyra will provide other activities like walking meditations!
• Somatic Alchemy is a deepening of your body intelligence and emotional awareness to bring you closer to your essential self and consciousness.
• Your intentions and emotions will open the door... to You!
• And Yes! There will be time to just BE in the country...
• There is swimming and a wood burning sauna, country hikes and home cooked organic vegetarian meals and snacks.
• Retreat starts at 6 pm on Friday and ends after lunch on Sunday at 2-3 pm. It is possible to stay longer at the auberge.
• PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds But you can receive a credit for future courses or if appropriate personal sessions.
